High Tech & Low Tech 3D Creations

3D Printing camp allows campers to design objects on their computer, and the 3D printer renders their design concept in plastic. Math skills, technology and design are all at play here.

At Lego Adventures camp pre-primary campers are busy creating individually and in teams.

Baby, It's HOT Outside!

The sport of kings has the benefit of play in the cool library.
Usually bike riders "warm up," but today it was ride through the sprinker for a cooling soak before cycling in Forest Park.
Pre-Primary campers got the slip & slide first today.

IS IT HOT ENOUGH TO FRY AN EGG?

95 degrees with a heat index of 106 degrees. Good day for frying eggs.

We tried two egg cooking tests on aluminum foil atop a hot bronze plaque.

Next test: cooking the egg directly on the black top parking lot.

After 30 minutes, none of the eggs were cooked. It should be noted that there was no plan to eat our eggs had they cooked.
