HOW TO APPLY TO FORSYTH SCHOOL

1. Begin with the Application Information & Deadlines 2010/2011 (PDF file), which explains Forsyth's admission process, important dates and information.
2. If you are planning to apply online, please print a Visiting & School Records Release Form (pdf file), fill out and mail or fax to Forsyth School.

3. Application for Admission

   The Forsyth School application for admission must be submitted online.

Any information you share with FACTS is completely confidential and will not be shared with any unauthorized third parties. When you fill out and submit the online Application for Admission, you will establish an account on the first two pages, then you will fill out the Forsyth School Application for Admission. This 2-step process ensures that your personal information is secure and completely confidential.
